Saunas & Cold Plunges for Sale

Heat and cold are the two most requested recovery amenities in fitness today. This category brings together infrared and traditional saunas for the home or club, outdoor barrel and cabin saunas, and cold plunge tubs with their chillers — everything needed for a complete contrast-therapy setup.

Start with the space: indoor saunas need a flat floor and a dedicated circuit (120 V for most 1–3 person infrared units, 240 V for larger and traditional saunas). Cold plunges need a water source, a drain and an outlet for the chiller. Then choose by capacity, heater type and EMF rating.

More About Saunas & Cold Plunges

Infrared saunas heat the body directly at a lower air temperature (120–150°F), warm up in about 10 minutes and plug into a standard outlet, which makes them the easiest sauna to add to a home. Traditional saunas heat the air to 160–195°F with an electric heater and rocks, allow löyly (water on the rocks) and deliver the classic Finnish experience. Outdoor saunas bring either technology into the backyard with weather-resistant cedar or thermally modified wood.

Cold plunges range from insulated tubs filled with ice to fully integrated units with a chiller, filtration and ozone or UV sanitation that hold water at 37–60°F indefinitely. Golden Designs is our primary sauna partner with a wide range of low-EMF and near-zero-EMF units; Dynamic Cold Therapy supplies plunge tubs and chillers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Infrared or traditional sauna?

Infrared runs at a lower temperature, heats up faster, uses a standard outlet and is easier to sit in for 30+ minutes. Traditional saunas are hotter, allow steam from water on the rocks and offer the classic sauna feel. Both provide the cardiovascular and relaxation benefits.

What does contrast therapy mean?

Alternating heat (sauna) and cold (plunge) in one session — typically 10–15 minutes of sauna followed by 2–3 minutes of cold water, repeated 2–3 times. Many users report reduced soreness and improved recovery.

How much assembly is required?

Indoor infrared saunas assemble with clip-together panels in 1–2 hours with two people. Outdoor and traditional saunas take longer and may need an electrician for the heater. Cold plunges are typically ready to fill on delivery.
