The Cybex 350a Arc Trainer combines the exercise capabilities of a stair stepper and an elliptical to provide a truly unique workout. Reverse Arc motion technology ensures that the users toe never moves behind the knee, reducing stress on joints while maximizing workout potential and range of motion. By varying the incline and workouts, the user can target specific muscle groups all while burning calories. The Cybex 350a targets many muscle groups, including the deltoids, pectorals, biceps, abdominals, quadriceps, and hamstrings.
