The popular alternative motion cardio unit offers extreme efficiency and effectiveness backed by exercise science. The lower body version is ideal for all exercisers, but is especially effective for challenging HIIT workouts or for exercisers who want to increase their power and strength.

The Cybex R Series Lower Body Arc Trainer is designed to operate using user-generated power during workouts. An external power cord can be connected for certain facility installations and console functions, but it is not required for standard operation.

Lead times

Remanufactured units are rebuilt to order: ships from our warehouse in 3-5 weeks + transit time. Transit adds roughly 3–10 business days depending on distance from our Hayward, CA warehouse. We call to schedule a delivery appointment before the truck arrives.
