The Life Fitness Arc Trainer is an alternative-motion cross-trainer that keeps people coming back. It provides a non-impact training solution to an extremely wide range of users from rehabilitation clients and deconditioned members up to professional athletes. Over 1200 watts of available power allows the Arc Trainer to be used for strength and power training as well, expanding its use from just cardio workouts - and it provides all of this with less knee stress than walking.

A configuration designed to concentrate on the lower body for added workout flexibility, popular with coaches and trainers. It offers the same functionality as the Total Body Arc Trainer without the arm motion, and includes the cruiser grips for more control.

Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized freight carrier, not parcel. After you place an order request, a GymGo specialist confirms the exact freight cost and delivery window for your ZIP code before anything is charged.

Curbside freight — the carrier delivers to the end of your driveway or loading dock with a liftgate. You move the equipment inside. Lowest cost.
Room of choice — the delivery team brings the equipment into the room where it will live, including stairs where accessible.
Full assembly & installation — white-glove crews place, assemble, level and test the equipment, then remove all packaging. Recommended for treadmills and multi-station strength lines.

Lead times

Remanufactured units are rebuilt to order: ships from our warehouse in 3-5 weeks + transit time. Transit adds roughly 3–10 business days depending on distance from our Hayward, CA warehouse. We call to schedule a delivery appointment before the truck arrives.
