The Power Plate MOVE and the Pro7 models offer distinct features primarily due to their design and intended use. Despite having a single motor, it delivers the same frequency (30-40 Hz) and amplitude as the My7 model.
In contrast, the Pro7 is a larger, heavier commercial-grade machine, allowing for more aggressive training. It boasts a wider frequency range of 25-50 Hz, catering to a broader spectrum of workout intensities. Both the My7 and Pro7 models also include integrated video screens and Promotion cables, features not available on the MOVE.
