This bidirectional exercise machine begins with a low starting resistance eases user into knee-to-elbow elliptical movement. Comfortable, sturdy orthopedic footbeds and dual position handles allow for muscle changes on the fly. Premium seat swivels and can adjust back and forth. Footstraps and AC adapter included.
