Technogym Top Excite 700e UBE w/TV, Touch, Full Seat, the Top 700 is a machine that's similar to a "bicycle for your arms" that helps tone muscles in the upper half of the body while simultaneously obtaining a high calorie workout. The unique warm-up function program is divided into two phases that lasts four minutes and challenge the muscles through cardio and resistance to ensure muscles are involved in the workout in a balanced way.

Use the Top to not only tone your arms or gain mass, but to also help prevent joint problems, help improve your posture or prepare for a sports competition. Features an ergonomic seat to insure proper posture during exercise. With Top, you can choose the results you want and which muscles to work by changing the direction of the rotation and the settings which in turn change the movement.
