The x9i combines the cardiovascular/muscular benefits of running and the low impact of walking. Users can alternate between forward and backward motions exercising large groups of upper and lower body muscles for total body results. It features Life Fitness' exclusive Lifepulse digital heart rate monitoring system, the most accurate way to calculate individual heartbeats.
